A friendly reminder for those homeowners who pay dues on a quarterly basis:
Your fourth quarter dues must be received by Treasurer Jerry Gordon no later than next Tuesday, October 1. Quarterly dues are $475 ($415 for No. 34).
As always, there are several ways to submit payment:
• Your check can be placed in the drop box beneath the mailbox gazebo bulletin boards. (No envelope or stamp needed.)
• You can drop off your check at Jerry's residence at No. 15.
• You can mail your check, made payable to THCA, to the Terrace at Highpointe, 35 Hyland Drive, Troy NY 12182.
• You can electronically submit payment to paypal.me/jazzfanlion (please put your house number in the "notes" field).
