Paula Fox-Murphy, the longtime chair of our Terrace Beautification Committee, has announced the reorganization of the committee.
"I can officially report that Janet and Fred Fowler have agreed to be added to the committee," she says, noting that she and Bob Malphrus"will be handling the summer/fall season, and Janet and Fred will be handling the winter/spring" when Paula and Bob are down south in snowbird mode.
"I am delighted that they have offered since it is a two-person job -- being able to use a step-stool, being able to balance, having a second person to assist, and raising our hands up high for cleaning, stapling, etc.," Paula says. "Unfortunately, most of our community have difficulty with some or all of these needs."
As a leadup to this change, the Fowlers have informally been helping with seasonal decorations around our mailbox gazebo, for which we thank them. Going forward, if you'd like to pitch in to help decorate seasonally, please contact Paula and Bob or Janet and Fred, as appropriate.
