Please circle Monday, October 13, on your calendars. We'll be holding our annual THCA meeting at 7 p.m. that day.
The venue is our usual spot -- Faith Lutheran Church, 50 Leversee Road, just around a couple of corners from the Terrace.
Among agenda items will be election of the THCA Board for 2026-27, and presentation of a recommended budget for 2026.
If you will be unable to join us, please send your written proxy to President Bill Dowd or Secretary Ellen Gordon ASAP. Proxies count toward creating a quorum (necessary for holding a meeting and voting on issues), and Ellen will cast your votes on your behalf. In other words, if you don't attend in person or by proxy, your voice will not be heard.
As always, only one vote per residence no matter how many owners there are.
