This iconic painting by the late artist Norman Rockwell celebates one of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's "Four Freedoms" -- the "Freedom From Want," released in 1943.And with it, The Terrace Times wishes the warmest of greetings to our community.
Rockwell, who lived and worked nearby in Berkshire County, MA, often used local people and neighborhood in Troy as the subjects of his paintings.
