The City of Troy has announced work on a water main problem at Hoosick and 10 streets heading eastbound on Friday, Valentine's Day.
Crews are expected to be working throughout the day, and traffic delays will ensue.
Motorists are being advised to either allow extra time to travel to and through that intersection, or to plan other routes.
