Save the date for our annual picnic

 

Please reserve Sunday, July 27, on your social calendar. 

That's the date for our umpteenth annual "Terrace at Highpointe Community Association Summer Picnic." 

Details to come, but be assured it will once again be an opportunity for a fun get-together and a perfect opportunity for our newer neighbors to get to know the longer-tenured ones. 

We've had a variety of luck when it comes to the weather for our outings. For example, the Old Farmer's Almanac predicts scattered thunderstorms for that date while claiming an 80% accuracy rate for its forecasts. However, studies suggest a 50% to 52% accuracy rate, according to Climavision and Wikipedia. So, chances are we'll stay dry.
